Fitting Education for Leadership team

USのLeadership teamシニアディレクターのJJ　Wezenbeeck氏が来日し、GTSのツアーローンチを視察しました。その翌日、アクシネットジャパンインクのリーダーシップチームへのFitting Educationセッションを開催。木更津ザ・カントリークラブジャパンのゴルフクラブフィッティングチームも加わって、本場のフィッティングをレクチャーしていただきました。

チームメンバーを選手身に立てて、カウンセリング方法からレクチャーをスタート。フィッティングのプロセスや選手の悩みに合わせたヒアリング・対処方法など、たくさんの気づきがありました。世界トップクラスのレップから教えていただいたこの学びを、今後のアクシネットジャパンインクの成長に繋げていきます。

JJ Wezenbeeck, Senior Director of the US Leadership Team, visited Japan to inspect the GTS tour launch. The following day, a Fitting Education Session for the AJI leadership team has held. The golf club fitting team from Kisarazu The Country Club Japan also joined them, and they learned authentic club fitting techniques. They started the lecture by having team members act as players, beginning with counseling methods. Leadership members gained many insights into the fitting process and how to conduct interviews and address players’ concerns. We will use the lessons we learned from world-class representatives to contribute to the future growth of Acushnet Japan Inc.
