新・宇都宮物流倉庫訪問

先日、5月に移転を完了したアクシネット ジャパン インクの宇都宮物流倉庫へ、代表の岡本が訪問いたしました。新しい倉庫は従来よりも更に快適に且つ効率よく業務に当たられる環境となっております。

訪問当日はNewドライバーGTSの発売日でもあり、今年最大の出荷ラッシュを現場で支えるすべてのAJIメンバーに対し、岡本より日頃の感謝とお祝いの言葉を直接お伝えしました。また、同時に岡本と社員がカジュアルに意見を交わす“Coffee Talk with General Manager”も実施。普段は異なる拠点で働くメンバーと、対面での交流を深める素晴らしい機会となりました。

他拠点や全国で直行直帰勤務をする社員とはリモートでつながることが多いからこそ、このように直接現地へ足を運び、Face to Faceで会話をするコミュニケーションを、当社はこれからも大切にしていきます。 

General Manager Okamoto visited Acushnet Japan Inc.’s Utsunomiya logistics warehouse the other day, which completed its relocation in May. The new warehouse provides an even more comfortable and efficient working environment than before.

The day of the visit also happened to be the release date of the new driver “GTS”, and Okamoto personally expressed his gratitude and congratulations to all the AJI members who were supporting the biggest shipping rush of the year on the ground.

And “Coffee Talk with General Manager” was held, where Okamoto and employees could casually exchange opinions. It was a wonderful opportunity to deepen face-to-face interactions with team members who usually work at different locations.

While we often connect remotely with employees working remotely at other locations or across Japan who commute directly to and from their work sites,　therefore we will continue to value face-to-face communication like this, where we visit the site in person and have conversations.
