CY26 Town Hall Meeting

7月2日、アクシネットジャパンインクは全国を拠点として勤務するスタッフが一同に集い、CY26タウンホールミーティングを実施しました。第1部では、各部門のリーダーから2026年度上半期の戦略や実績等のハイライトを共有、下半期へ向けて全社員の士気を高める素晴らしいプレゼンテーションとなりました。第2部は、Operating Committeeメンバーと社員一人ひとりが直接対話する“ラウンドテーブル・ディスカッション”を実施しました。社員からは、福利厚生から今後のビジネス展開、世界情勢から受ける影響など、たくさんの質問が上がり、OCメンバーがひとつひとつ回答していきます。通常は話す機会の少ない経営陣から生の声を対面で聴き、会社の方向性やビジョン深める有意義な機会となりました。Q3以降も、AJIメンバー一致団結し全力で取り組んでまいります。

On July 2nd, Acushnet Japan Inc. held its CY26 Town Hall Meeting, bringing together all associates working at locations throughout Japan. In the first part, leaders from each department shared highlights of their strategies and achievements for the first half of fiscal year 2026, delivering excellent presentations that boosted the morale of all associates heading into the second half of the year. In the second part, we held a “roundtable discussion” where members of the Operating Committee(OC) and each associate engaged in direct dialogue. OC members will answer a wide range of questions, including those about employee benefits, future business development, and the impact of world affairs. This was a valuable opportunity to hear firsthand accounts from management, with whom we don’t usually have many chances to speak, and to deepen our understanding of the company’s direction and vision. We will continue to work together as a united AJI team, giving our all, from Q3 onwards.
