Education for Next Generations -沖学園-

アクシネットジャパンインクでは、当社のコアバリューの一つ “ブリッジビルダーマインドセット” という考えのもと、若手ゴルファーへのエデュケーション活動を行っています。2月19日・20日の2日間、福岡県の沖学園ゴルフ部を訪問し、中高生約50人へ向けて講義と実技を実施しました。ゴルフボールの講義では構造や特徴を座学で理解したうえで実際にショットし、それぞれのボールの違いを体感。また、FJゴルフシューズの構造やシューズ選びの重要性を学び、シューズフィッティングではFIT LABで採寸した自分の足にフィットするシューズの履き比べから、紐の正しい結び方まで体験してもらいました。今回は、ご自身のFJシューズフィッティングのために来校された一ノ瀬優希プロ、そしてフィッティングに加えてゴルフボール、FJシューズの講義にもご参加された川村昌弘プロとの交流もあり、川村プロからはゴルフ部の皆さんへ将来に向けてのメッセージを届けていただく場面もありました。今後も、日本全国の次世代のゴルファーへ、ゴルフというスポーツを深く学べる場を提供してまいります。

At Acushnet Japan Inc., we provide educational activities to young golfers based on the concept of the “Bridge Builder Mindset,” one of our core values. On February 19th and 20th, we visited the Oki-Gakuen Golf Club in Fukuoka Prefecture and gave lectures and practical training to approximately 50 junior and senior high school students. In the lecture on golf balls, they learned about the structure and features, then tried the shots and experienced the differences between each ball. They also learned about the structure and the importance of choosing the right shoes. During the shoe fitting, they tried on shoes that fit their feet, measured in the “FIT LAB”, even experienced the correct way to tie the laces. This time, we also had the opportunity to interact with professional golfer Yuki Ichinose, who came to the school for her own FJ shoe fitting, and professional golfer Masahiro Kawamura, who in addition to the fitting also attended a lecture on golf balls and FJ shoes. Mr. Kawamura even had the opportunity to deliver a message to the students for the future. We will continue to provide opportunities for the next generation of golfers across Japan to learn more about the sport of golf.
