Play Golf Friday @藤沢ジャンボゴルフ

当社では、ゴルフというスポーツ、熱心なゴルファーの思い、そして自社製品の強みを理解するために、ゴルフシーズン中の月1回、金曜日にゴルフをプレーする“Play Golf Fridays” 勤務制度を導入しています。今回Team HRは、藤沢ジャンボゴルフでゴルフボール・ゴルフクラブのフィッティングを初体験してきました。理想のショットや苦手なシチュエーションなどのヒアリング後、高精度の計測器を使って弾道を数値化し、自身のプレイスタイルに合ったクラブをフィッターに提案してもらいます。フェイスの形や重さ、シャフトの長さなど、ちょっとした違いで弾道や飛距離が変わることを体感し、フィッティングの重要性を改めて感じました。そしてゴルフレンジでは、なんとAJIスタッフによる特別レッスンを実施いただき、充実したPlay Golf Fridayとなりました。藤沢ジャンボゴルフスタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました！

AJI has introduced the “Play Golf Fridays” work program. To understand the sport of golf, the dedicated golfers, and the strengths of our products, we encourage our employees to play golf on Fridays once a month during the golf season. This time, Team HR had our first experience with golf ball and golf club fitting at Fujisawa Jumbo Golf. After an interview about own ideal and challenging shots, quantifying ballistics with high-precision measuring equipment, and a fitter will suggest clubs that suit our playing style. We experienced firsthand how even slight differences in face shape, weight, and shaft length can change the ball flight and distance, which reinforced our understanding of the importance of club fitting. And at the golf range, we even had a special lesson given by AJI staff, making it a truly fulfilling Play Golf Friday. Thank you to everyone at Fujisawa Jumbo Golf!
